With our “Service & Support” models we are the extended arm of the IT or development department. We help in all aspects of Linux and Open Source: besides administration, configuration and troubleshooting, we also offer monitoring, training, hardening, scripting etc.. It doesn’t matter where the infrastructure is running, how big the environment is or how many users are working with it. If required, we are active up to 7×24.
For software development companies: We take over the secure and highly available operation as well as the technical support of the application, so that you can concentrate on your core competence – your customers and the development of software.
For IT Service Providers (ITSP): We are happy to support you. Ask for our special service conditions for IT Service Providers.
You need help only once, without a contract? No problem, that is also possible. Without contract the hourly rate is 200 CHF/h.
