We take care of your Linux infrastructure

We provide business services and support for Linux and a broad portfolio of open source applications. Our Linux specialists don't care which data center your infrastructure runs in, whether it's hosted by us, how large the environment is, or how many users work on it. We charge simply and efficiently on a time and material basis.

With our "Service & Support" models, we are the extended arm of your IT or development department. We help you with all your Linux and Open Source needs, from consulting, installation, optimization, scripting or troubleshooting to migration or operation, including monitoring and backup. We can provide 5x12, 7x8 or 7x12 systems engineering and Linux operations on demand.

You get access to our chat system where you can easily report problems and requests in a dedicated room. If we are proactively supporting your infrastructure, we will also announce maintenance work there. This way, all colleagues involved are always informed.

    We provide secure and highly available Linux operations and technical support for web and database servers, allowing you to focus on your core competencies.

  • You rarely need help, or only need it once, with no commitment?
    No problem, that's possible too. The model is called "Best Effort" and comes with no SLA and no contract. Without a service model, the hourly rate is CHF 240. If you choose a service model, you benefit from a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and a significantly lower hourly rate.

  • Maximum response time: 4h
  • Access to our mirror servers
  • Option 5x12: + 540 CHF
  • Option 7x8: + 840 CHF
  • Option 7x12: + 1'250 CHF

The following applies to all models:

  • Billing on a time and materials basis in 15-minute increments
  • Support via chat or phone
  • Support from Zurich/Switzerland, in English and German

Meaning of support options:

  • 5x12: Extended on-call time Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 18:00
  • 7x8: Extended on-call time Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00
  • 7x12: Extended on-call time daily from 06:00 to 18:00
